Mobile Nurse
You may have heard of mobile nursing, where licensed and trained nurses travel to your home or workplace to deliver on-demand healthcare – usually at higher-than-normal prices.
That is NOT our version of mobile nursing.
Instead, at Community Concierge Care (C3 Cares), we were founded on a basic principle: that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare.
That’s why it is our mission to bring our services to you. We want it to be easy and convenient for you to see a healthcare professional about your medical concerns or for preventive health services – without the hefty fee. Like many doctor’s offices, we accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most major insurance plans. However, there is no additional fee or upcharge for us to come to you.
Instead, we simply ensure that our staff and resources are available where you are, on a regular basis. We believe this is the best way for many in traditionally underserved communities to get quality, timely medical care and attention from providers they trust.
Our Mobile Services
Our trained and licensed healthcare professionals are available where you are. We are able to offer a wide variety of medical services – everything from preventive care like vaccines, physicals, and assorted screenings, to women’s health issues and chronic disease management. We even offer after-hours telehealth services, so you and your loved ones can virtually visit with a healthcare professional from the comfort of your home or any other location using your smartphone. It’s one of the easiest ways possible for many people to address a health concern, especially if making time for a healthcare visit during daytime hours is difficult.
Our Service Area
Currently, we offer nurse-led, on-site healthcare services at the Highland Dwellings public housing complex in Washington, D.C., on set days of the week. We are currently in negotiations to provide on-site care at additional public housing complexes in the area.
Our mobile crew are also capable of expanding our reach into the community so that we can have an on-site presence and be available wherever needed, such as at senior centers, schools, and more. Limited-service, pop-up vaccination clinics, for example, go a long way to help protect the health of many people in underserved areas of D.C.
